During this time, we understand that your daily routines may have been disrupted by measures put in place to combat the spread of COVID-19. We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and assure you that Plenty is committed to your safety.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food, and we remain vigilant and assure you that food safety has always been our number one priority at Plenty.

Inside our vertical farm, we follow a rigorous food safety program. This program requires our team members to perform regular training and practice strict hygiene in and outside of our clean space which we continue to reinforce during this time. This, in tandem with Plenty’s unique ability to control and monitor the growing environment of our plants, allows us to ensure that the food you eat is clean, without sacrificing freshness and taste. It also means we never need to spray them with any pesticides.

As the COVID-19 outbreak develops, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely, following guidance from public health authorities, including the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will continue to follow best practices through our strict food safety protocols to provide you with nutritious, safe food.

As always, we appreciate your continued support of Plenty.
